Hideout House Rules

Welcome to your Hideout! To keep things cozy, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Check‑In & Check‑Out
   • Check‑in from 4 PM.
   • Check‑out by 11 AM.
   Late check‑outs may incur a fee—please contact us in advance if you need extra time.
2. Guest Registration
   Only guests on your reservation are permitted in the Hideout. No unregistered visitors, please.
3. Quiet Hours
   From 10 PM to 8 AM, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors and future guests.
4. No Parties or Events
   The Hideout is for relaxing stays—no large gatherings, loud parties, or events are allowed.
5. Smoking & Vaping
   Strictly no smoking or vaping inside. Feel free to enjoy a cigarette on the patio—just use an ashtray and dispose responsibly.
6. Pet Etiquette
   • Well‑behaved pets are welcome!
   • Please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.
   • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas unless you bring your own cover.
7. Cleanliness & Trash
   • Please leave the Hideout in the same tidy condition you found it.
   • Run the dishwasher or wash dishes before departure.
   • Bag all trash and recycling and place it in the outdoor bins.
8. Safety & Security
   • Always lock the door when you leave.
   • Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors.
   • Report any damage or maintenance issues right away.
9. Energy Conservation
   • Turn off lights, heating/cooling, and electronics when not in use.

You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damage fees may apply for repair or replacement.
